We had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in a fantastic location. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and were very good too help us with local information and transportation. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we even had a lovely view of the garden. Despite a few minor issues, such as a broken razor socket and some noise from the street, our overall experience was really good. We would definitely recommend Alba House to others.

Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand und zur Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Es ist wie eine Oase abseits des geschäftigen Treibens, aber gleichzeitig nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine kleine Küchenzeile sowie einen kleinen Fernseher. Es gibt Pläne, das Hotel später in diesem Jahr zu renovieren. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe und einen Hintereingang, der den Aufstieg von 57 Treppenstufen erspart, ideal für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The communal areas are well presented and maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms. The service is friendly and polite, with a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fruits, pastries, and a choice of cooked dishes. Guests have mentioned the interesting history of the house, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

There were some minor issues with the shower losing pressure at times, but it did not cause any major problems.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - nestled in a really quiet area, yet still within walking distance to the city centre. And if you didn't feel like walking, there were regular buses available from a nearby stop, making it super convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities and a massive shower that had a lovely view over the back garden. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the price!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm and friendly welcome from the owner. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a short distance to the city center. Another great aspect was the delicious breakfast that was delivered straight to my room every morning. It was a perfect way to start the day without feeling rushed.

The firmness of the mattress, a bit uncomfortable for my liking. apart from that, everything else was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had gorgeous furnishings. The modern bathroom with its fabulous shower added to our comfortable experience. We loved having a continental breakfast served in our room, and there was a great variety of options to choose from. The fruit platter was delicious. The staff were pretty good too make our stay enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just outside the city centre and easily accessible by public transportation. There were two bus stops nearby, providing convenient transportation to the city centre and surrounding areas.
